Cancellation and Rejoining

You can cancel SMS service anytime by texting “STOP” to the shortcode. The company will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you’ll stop receiving messages. To rejoin, sign up again as originally done, and messaging will resume.

For messaging program issues, reply with “HELP” or contact support at mark@marketingcloudresults.com. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
