Pricing, contracts, integrations, what services we sell (and don’t), how engagements work, and what to expect when you work with us.

Each service is priced separately. AI Assessments are a flat $1,000 (with a free 30-minute discovery call to start). AI Assistants and Automations are typically build + monthly retainer. Digital Ads is a monthly management fee plus your ad spend. Websites are project-based, scoped per build. We'll give you a straight number on the first call — no proposals with mystery fees.
No. All ongoing services are month-to-month. Cancel any time, for any reason, with no exit fees or claw-backs. If we're not earning our keep, we don't deserve to keep the engagement.
Fair question. Most agencies report on vanity metrics — impressions, clicks, engagement rates — without connecting them to revenue. We focus on the full path from lead to booked appointment: calls answered, ads tied to bookings, follow-up sequences, website conversion, and reporting on what actually matters. The goal is more booked revenue, not more activity.
No. The AI Assessment is one of our services — it's a great starting point if you're not sure where the highest-impact opportunities are in your business. But if you already know you want a website rebuild, a Meta Ads campaign, or an AI assistant on your phone line, we can scope that directly.
Ours doesn't. We train it on your business, your tone, and your most common questions. Most callers don't realize it's not a person — and the few who do generally appreciate that someone (or something) is actually answering at 9pm on a Saturday.
Book a discovery call this week and most engagements can kick off within 5–7 business days. Specific timelines: AI Assistants live in under 7 days. Automations live in 1–2 weeks. Ads campaigns live in 1–2 weeks. Websites take 4–8 weeks depending on scope. AI Assessments deliver a custom report within 48 hours of payment.
Great. We work with what you have if it's working, and we replace what isn't. We integrate with most major CRMs (HubSpot, Go High Level, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and others). We don't insist on rip-and-replace unless it genuinely saves you money or unblocks something important.
Small and mid-sized local businesses — typically 5 to 50 employees — that depend on calls, appointments, quotes, consultations, or booked jobs. Service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, garage doors, electrical, etc.), real estate, wedding venues, professional services, e-commerce, and similar. If your business doesn't depend on inbound leads or appointments, we may not be the right fit.
Not always. If something is working, we keep it. If something is wasting money, unclear, or disconnected from booked appointments, we fix it or replace it. Most clients keep us alongside whoever's handling things like brand creative or PR.
Yes. We connect the assistant to your booking flow (Calendly, Acuity, Go High Level, your CRM's native scheduler, whatever you use) so qualified callers are placed directly onto your calendar in real time, 24/7.
In most cases, yes. We work natively with HubSpot, Go High Level, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and many other major platforms. If your CRM has a real API or webhook support, we can usually integrate.
We don't run social media accounts. We don't sell SEO retainers. We don't do brand creative or video production. We don't manage influencer campaigns. We don't sell anything we can't tie back to booked appointments or measurable revenue. If you're looking for those services, we can refer you to people who do them well.

Step 3 — once accepted, we kick off and deliver. Step 4 — for ongoing services, monthly reporting in plain English with the numbers that matter. No surprises, no sales decks.
We don't have a stated refund policy. Our risk-reversal mechanism is the free discovery call — if either party isn't confident at the end of that conversation, we don't move forward. Once an engagement is paid for and underway, we deliver the scope as agreed.
